However, the nitrile rubber has excellent abrasion resistance and deformation resistance.

Therefore, butterfly valves made of ethylene propylene rubber are generally used for the transportation of water and alcohol pipes.
Teflon has excellent temperature resistance and is highly resistant to chemicals, which is commonly known as corrosion resistance. However, due to the special needs of some butterfly valves, the modification of Teflon and the elimination of its insulation properties make the insulation properties of Teflon not guaranteed.
